Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require a Swiadectwo Dojrzałości / Matura.

Since 2005 the Matura has been marked on a percentage scale with a pass mark of 30%.

Postgraduate

We require a three-year post-2001 Licencjat / Inżynier (bachelor’s degree) OR three-year pre-2000 Magister / Magister Inżynier (master's degree). Magister degrees studied after 2000 are considered comparable to British master's degree standard.

Most universities use a 2 to 5 scale, where 2 is the minimum and 5 is the maximum pass mark. Grades above 3 can include 0.5 point increments. Some universities use the grade 5.5 (5+) or 6 as celujący (excellent) and it is given to indicate the very highest achievements. Scale for all qualifications:
